Hey, remember me?
*hugs all around*
lervs ya, Jely!
Um, I really like the Olympics. They are cheesy and fun.
AND a woman from Alabama was on the gold medal winning women's bobsledding team! She goes to UAB, a few blocks from my apartment, and she is the first black woman EVER to when a gold medal in the Winter Olympics!
I just think that's really cool...

Michelle Kwan! Michelle Kwan! Michelle Kwan! She did soooooooooooo good! She is in first position now! And Americans are in 3rd and 4th positions! ....This is beginning to sound a bit sexual, so I'll stop.
The women's bobsleding rocked ass! I'm so excited they have that opportunity now. And we won! Heh. They said that the Flowers chick that was on the winning team was the first black person to ever win a medal at the winter Olympics. Making history in more than one way, that must feel great.

Hey,
I know that this is a little old, but I've been away. Mens skating I thought that the Americans deserved the gold. I ranted all day at work, but no one was around to hear me rant. It shoulda been gold.

Anyone else think it's odd that the Olympics are HERE IN THE UNITED STATES yet we're still getting tape delayed stuff during prime time? I mean, my god...

ok, i was at a bar this last weekend watchigna friend's band pla, and they had the Olympics on mute on the tvs around the place... i almost blew beer out my nose when i realized the event was Curling. even worse when it looked like we might have been doing well. did anyone else see this? is anyone else disturbed that ice-shuffleboard is a sport?
views of the audience, btw, showed no one without gray hair. they were all at least 60
